Purchase Module

Purchase cycle in the system deals with all the purchases that are made in the organization from the supplier.

Purchase Module

Purchase cycle in the system deals with all the purchases that are made in the organization from the supplier.

It includes Proposal For Supplier, Purchase Order, Goods Receiving Note, Receiving Invoice and Purchase Return. There is also something called Manual Receiving which is a direct receiving of items from the supplier and does not follow the normal order of Purchase Cycle.

Sales Module

Sales cycle in the system deals with all the transactions made with the customer. It includes Proposal For Customer, Sales Order, Picking, Delivery Order, Delivery Return Invoice, Sales Return.

Also there is Direct Delivery Order, where a Sales Order is directly converted to delivery order without going through picking.

Besides, there are also Consignment and Manual Consignment where the transaction does not go through normal sales cycle.

Accounting Module

In the process of purchases as well as sales, the accounts section of the organization is being affected accordingly. There are Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss statements, Entries, Ledgers etc that take care of all the accounts related activities.

Inventory Module

There is a separate inventory module which includes all the categories and items that the organization deals in. There is detailed information about all the items available in the stock that can be adjusted directly if need be. There are also features like consigned items enquiry and item searching by bar-code etc.

Reports Module

There are many different kind of reports provided by the system which includes Critical level of items- which provide details of items having low stock in the system, Near Expiry Items- which provide details of items that are about to be expired , Items Purchased, Items Sold etc.

HRMS Module

There is a separate module for Human Resource Management. It includes every aspect of Employees Management. e.g employee education, their last employment, salaries, attendance, working days, leaves granted, besides many other things.
